Dr Alex George is an A&E Doctor, best-selling author and Youth Mental Health Ambassador to the government, and is probably best known as a Love Islander from back in 2018 when he won the hearts of the nation. Alex has become a well known and respected figure amongst healthcare professionals in the UK, bringing the nation accessible and reassuring advice directly from the frontline throughout the pandemic. His first book, Live Well Every Day, is a Sunday Time’s Number 1 Bestseller. After suffering his own personal tragedy, Alex is on a mission to improve mental health support for young people, and in February 2021, Alex was appointed by the Prime Minister as Youth Mental Health Ambassador. Alex has become a leading voice in mental and physical health and wellbeing, and uses his platform to make health and medicine more accessible to millennials and beyond.

In this special episode to honor Mental Health Awareness Week, Alex delves into the importance of how finding your passion and purpose can really enrich every aspect of your life. We chat all about his Love Island experience and the amazing work he continues to do supporting mental health awareness in the UK. However, from our failures we learn the most, and Alex opens up about how he didn't pass his medical exams the first time round, creating his first Sliding Doors moment- which has been a key driver in the rest of his life. We find out all about how being on a dating app led him to become a contestant on Love Island and catapulted him into the medical world he continues to grow and support today.

Rosie Tapner is a TV Presenter and Model, best known for being Royal Ascot's racing presenter and becoming the face of Balenciaga when she was only 15 years old and was thrown into the world of modelling - working for brands such as Burberry and Ralph Lauren, as well as being on the cover of British Vogue. In 2018, Rosie took part in the Magnolia Cup at Goodwood and since then her career took a turn and she was opened up into a new world, now presenting at Glorious Goodwood and other race days at Ascot. Rosie is a country girl at heart and loves spending time with her horses.

In this episode Rosie chats all about her amazing Sliding Doors moment on a school trip where she was first scouted by a modelling agency which started her whirlwind in the world of fashion. She opens up about the challenges of that time and how she always tried to keep herself grounded and focused. We delve into how being asked to take part in the Magnolia Cup was the catalyst that started her journey to her dream job of becoming a TV presenter.....and how she is now on her path to really living her dream!

Laura Checkley is an actress and comedian best known for her roles in BBC's comedy drama King Gary, Military Wives and Screw. She is also one half of the comedy duo Checkley and Bush who have toured nationwide with shows at Edinburgh Fringe and West End theatres. She has been labelled as one to watch on our TV screens, as she brings not only a comedy angle to her roles but also an amazing likeability and authenticity.

In this episode Laura opens up about the moments that she pin points shaped her life. Starting with the decision to stop playing football at a young age in order to focus her career on musical theatre, that really built her path in the entertainment industry. She discusses the moment she decided to come out to her friends and family at the age of 23, and how the timing of this was so important to who she is now and the relationships in her life....would she have gone on to live a lie? Her story is so inspiring as she discusses quitting her career in musical theatre to go all in on her passion for comedy!

Jo Tutchener Sharp is the Founder and CEO of Scamp & Dude- the British purpose led fashion brand with a huge heart. Jo started the brand after suffering a brain haemorrhage, wanting to create a brand that helps children feel more secure when apart from their loved ones, and it has gone from strength to strength, with the expansion of womenswear now taking up 80% of the collection! Before starting her brand, Jo was a high flyer in the fashion & beauty PR industry working for brands such as Estee Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty. She now lives in Berkshire with her husband and two sons.

In this episode Jo talks all about three of the moments that have helped shape her life. From changing courses at University, leading her onto the path of Fashion PR and meeting her best friends- to making a brave decision to sell her own PR company, we really delve into all the small decisions that made these moments so life changing for Jo. However none were as life changing as when she came up to her pearly gates and suffered her brain haemorrhage, and Jo speaks candidly, openly and honestly about her experience and truly how out of a bad situation can come good - as without this, there would be no Scamp & Dude!

Martin Kemp is an actor, musician and director, best known as the base guitarist in Spandau Ballet and for playing the role of Steve Owen in Eastenders. Spandau Ballet became one of the biggest bands of the 80s, touring the world and having huge success with songs such as 'True' and 'Gold.' Martin is equally known for his acting career staring in films such as 'The Krays' and playing Billy Flynn in the West End, as well as winning best male actor at the NTAs for his villainous role as Steve Owen. He has also written two books including one with Shirlie, his lovely wife of over 30 years, and success runs in the family with his son Roman and daughter Harley. Today he can be seen on our screen as a fan favourite on Celebrity Gogglebox and touring around the UK with his Back to the 80's DJ sets!

In this episode Martin opens up on his amazing life journey and all the stepping stone moments that have got him to where he is today, as well as some great stories and memories! We chat about his dreams and visualisations of being a pop star and the moment when that finally came true! Martin opens up about the traumatic time when he discovered his brain tumours and how being offered a role in Eastenders ultimately saved his life. He has a brilliant outlook on life and embracing the opportunities we are presented with. And when we really drill it down, if he hadn't have gone to drama club....would he be where he is today?
