She lives in Surrey with her husband and children and has just released her new book, 'Be Kind' spreading the power of kindness of which she is a massive advocate. When she's not keeping on top of the latest royal and showbiz news, Rosie is passionate about issues concerning women and children and their right to equality.

He has just released his first book, 'The Book of Sea Shanties' and is about to embark on his first UK and EU Tour.

Dr Hilary Jones is a GP, Author and Medical Broadcaster who has been on our screens for 32 years as ITV's health editor, on shows such as TV-am and Good Morning Britain. He is the UK's most well-known and trusted GP and his broadcasts have seen him cover ground breaking medical news stories. Hilary continues to work in public health and believes that exercise, love and laughter remain the best medicines of all. He has also just written his first novel, Frontline- the sweeping WW1 drama. He has been a trusted and caring part of the public’s life for so long and was recently awarded an MBE for his services to public health, medical broadcasting and charity work.

In this episode Hilary discusses all about the moments that have built his life and career so far. He opens up about the loss of his best friend at a young age and how this opened up his curiosity to becoming a doctor. We chat about how a career in medicine is not just about the academics and how studying the arts at a young age, made him a better communicator and the doctor he is today. However, Dr Hilary wouldn't have helped the millions of people he has through TV without writing a simple letter to a TV show...the rest is history!

Graduating from the Central School of Speech & Drama, Eleanor has worked for the Royal Shakespeare Company and performed on stage at the Royal Court Theatre, the Old Vic and several West End theatres.

Pepsi & Shirlie are best known as members of the phenomenon WHAM! alongside George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley, as well as being their own pop duo in the 80s with hits such as Heartache. The duo were raised in different parts of London, coming from big working class families and had one more thing in common - they shared a love for music and dreamt of bigger things… little did they know the huge role they would play in the musical landscape of the 80s, still featuring on our screens today in classic videos such as Wake Me Up Before You Go Go and Last Christmas. With a friendship spanning over 35 years, the girls have now been inspired to put their memories into a book ‘It’s all in Black and White’ reminiscing on their time in the spotlight, on and off stage, and everything in between.

In this episode we get two for the price of one, with moments from both Pepsi and Shirlie! Through this inspiring and insightful chat, it is totally evident why the two have such a strong connection and friendship. He can also be seen supporting Mo Gilligan on his up and coming tour and on his new children's podcast Mission Imagination.
